AlNiCo MAGNET

AlNiCo magnet is a columnar alloy which has <100> direction with MK steel (Fe-Ni-Al alloy) as basic composition and adding small amount of Co, Ti and Cu and annealed in magnetic field, and it is classified as cast AlNiCo magnet and sintered NlNiCo magnet according to manufacturing method.

Characteristic

Highest Curie temperature among the magnets. / High stability for temperature. Strong corrosion (Possible to use without surface treatment). Large magnetism changes according to external magnetic field because the coercive force is low. / Expensive due to Co and Ni metal.

Usage

Cast AlNiCo: Speaker / microphone / phone / voltmeter / ammeter, etc.
Sintered AlNiCo: Sensor / level meter / panel meter / measuring device, etc.
