Nd-Bonded MAGNET
Nd-bonded magnet is a permanent magnet made by mixing magnet powder using resin binder (Nylon, epoxy and polyester) and thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin are used as resin binder. It is produced by compression molding, injection molding, extrusion molding, rolling molding, etc. according to molding method and resin coating or metal plating should be executed when treat the surface.
Characteristic
Dimension degree is high in molded state. / Possible to produce a product with complex shape. Lower magnetism than sintered magnet. / Subsidiary device such as mold, magnetize yoke, etc.

For motor, electronic components, education, etc.
